Sardinero area (A short walk from the conference venue):
Hotel Real *****	120€	139€	Built in 1917, this magnificent palatial building is situated on a hill that dominates the bay of Santander and is surrounded by its own park. It is in the city's most select and quietest residential area, between the centre and El Sardinero. It is just a few minutes from the beaches and the casino, as well as being near to the Magdalena Palace and the festival, congress and exhibition halls.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the peak season in Santander during summer time, availability and room rates are not guaranteed if your reservation is made after May 6th 2011.

Cancellations made after June 2nd will be charged for one night. In case of no show, there will also be a charge of one night. All cancellations or changes should be made in writing and sent to the Technical Secretariat AFID CONGRESOS S.L.: oceansreservation(at)afidcongresos.com
